Proof of Double Vaccination required after 15 December, 2021.


As we continue living with COVID-19, the Clovelly Bowling and Recreation Club remains extremely cautious. The need for caution is particularly important for our Club as many members are senior citizens with underlying health condition. The safety of our members, staff and visitors remains our number one priority.

After careful consideration, the Board has decided to continue with current COVID-19 restrictions and will remain a venue requiring double vaccination beyond 15 December. We will review this policy on 31 January 2022. Many other clubs adopting the same stance in the short-term

This means that all members, staff, guests and contractors must continue to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated or have a medical exemption upon entry to The Club.

We know that some people in the community consider this policy divisive. Please know that we have reached this decision after careful thought and debate. We are exercising an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of our most vulnerable.

We kindly ask you to follow our COVID-19 Conditions of Entry as we do our utmost to ensure the safety of all our members, guests and staff as you continue to enjoy visiting the Club. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Signing in for members and all visitors, will remain a three-step process: -

  1. COVID Check In using the QR Code for Visitors and Members

  2. Show proof of ID or sign in as a member.

  3. Verify Vaccination Status (only needed once if a member)

Step 3 is very important and many people have already downloaded a digital copy of the Vaccination Certificate onto their smartphone. If you would like to learn how you can get a record of your COVID-19 vaccination record please use the following link:
