On Monday 18th April we held our annual Seaside Carnival which was a fantastic success with fun to be had by all! 86 women gathered at our cliff top club for morning tea followed by two lawns full of Triples games. Lunch was a delicious feast created by our beloved Bocce Club member, Anna and her crew – yum! The craft table earned over $400 for charity and our District was thrilled to present $1000 to the Deaf and Blind Association of NSW.
A record 26 teams joined Clovelly WBC for our annual Seaside Carnival. Teams joined us from Bondi, Matraville, Double Bay, Moorefield, Leichhardt, Neutral Bay, Earlwood Bardwell Park and Harbord. Many new bowling friendships were made with many more invitations to attend other club’s functions.
We were overjoyed that so many of our friends and fellow bowlers were able to come along and enjoy the day and look forward to even more joining in in 2017! Many thanks to all who attended and all the people who made it possible!
